Used paper blades which were made special processing. The feature is that you can keep stable form as a soft feel of texture without coating of the paste. The piping that is color same as the ribbon is good accent. You can take off and wash the inside sweatband.

Used Japanese paper blades. The down mannish model with a wide brim. The ribbon of the jacquard texture is refreshing.

Used Manila hemp blades. The light stuff is good for the summer season. The short brim and simple silhouette. The two color ribons which do double are an attractive point.

Used 14.5oz selvedge denim. The crown of the oval that is easy to take and nice angle of the brim are good design. We prepare for two colors one wash and used wash.

Used 14.5oz selvedge denim. You can change an angle of the brim freely, because a resin wire is put in the it. We prepare for two colors one wash and used wash.

Used seersucker fabrics that have cool-looking texture and light. Because it can move the center of gravity back and forth, two ways of how to wear is available. There is the adjuster that size adjustment is possible inward of a sweat tape.

VINTAGE REFLECTOR CAMO JET CAP
Used cotton camouflage pattern fabrics that were used by the German military for tents. The fabrics are thickly and light. We rebuilt the tents to a JET cap.

ファインペーパーフェドーラ

極細のペーパーブレードを使用。一般的な6〜6.5㎜幅のブレードの約半分3.5㎜幅という現存する中でも最も細いブレードです。細ければ細いほど縫製には時間がかかり技術も要しますが、見た目の細やかさやしなやかな質感は必見。スタンダードな中折れ型に落とし込み、ベジタブルタンニン鞣しの牛革ベルトを合わせた上質なハットに仕上げました。

Used an extremely thin paper blade. The blade is about half normal thinness. It is the thinnest in an existing thing. It is difficult to sew, but the smallness of the appearance and the flexible feel of a material are unmissable. The standard fedora model with the good quality leather belt.
